- • As an Account Executive at Metriport, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with healthcare organizations seeking real-time patient data exchange solutions. Your work will directly contribute to scaling a high-impact, open-source data intelligence platform that serves over 300 million individuals and is trusted by innovative health tech leaders.
- • You will begin by supporting top-of-funnel activities, collaborating with founders and the sales team to refine go-to-market strategies and increase meeting volume. Over time, you will shadow sales calls, learn the full sales cycle, and gradually take ownership of your own pipeline—eventually leading demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with the potential to grow into a sales leadership role.
- • Metriport is a tight-knit, high-performing, engineering-driven team backed by top VCs, with product-market fit, multi-million ARR, and years of runway. The company operates with minimal bureaucracy, high autonomy, and a culture of sustainable intensity—where founders lead by example and output is measured over hours logged.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare interoperability (including FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems), sharpen your enterprise sales skills, and gain exposure to GTM strategy and founder-level decision-making—all while working alongside experienced entrepreneurs and former YC alumni.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience hitting quota as an Account Executive in SaaS sales
- • Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate to the area
- • Strong technical literacy, including understanding of APIs and SDKs, to effectively engage engineering stakeholders
