- • Ready is on a mission to make the global economy open to everyone. - • As our first Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Ready’s affiliate and referral programs end-to-end. You’ll source, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, publishers, fintech apps, crypto communities, and other high-impact partners who can introduce Ready to new audiences and drive measurable user growth.
- • Your north-star metric is funded-wallet growth: you’ll design commission structures, create compelling partner assets, and build scalable tracking systems that turn every partner touchpoint into a reliable acquisition engine. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, Data, and Compliance to ensure every partner campaign is compliant, on-brand, and ROI-positive.
- • Day-to-day, you’ll prospect new affiliates through cold outreach, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and industry events; pitch Ready’s value proposition; and close win-win deals. You’ll run quarterly business reviews with top-tier partners, identify upsell opportunities, and negotiate renewals that deepen our reach in key geos.
- • You’ll build and maintain a partner knowledge base—playbooks, one-pagers, landing pages, and email sequences—that empowers partners to succeed with minimal hand-holding. When partners need creative, you’ll brief our design team; when they need data, you’ll pull dashboards; when they need incentives, you’ll craft bespoke offers.
- • Data is your superpower. You’ll set up tracking pixels, postback URLs, and attribution models inside PartnerStack or similar platforms. You’ll monitor funnel metrics daily—clicks, installs, KYC pass rates, first-fund rates, LTV—and run A/B tests on landing pages, promo codes, and reward tiers to lift conversion at every step.
- • You’ll collaborate with our Lifecycle Marketing team to design drip campaigns that nurture referred users from install to first deposit. You’ll also feed insights back to Product: if partners consistently highlight UX friction, you’ll flag it and champion fixes that unlock even faster growth.
- • Compliance is non-negotiable in crypto. You’ll work with Legal to ensure every partner contract meets regional regulations (e.g., SEC, FCA, MAS) and that all promotional content carries proper disclosures. You’ll build a tiered risk framework so high-reach partners get extra scrutiny without slowing execution.
- • This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Growth. You’ll present weekly partner performance to the exec team, forecast quarterly contribution targets, and have budget authority to experiment with new reward models—think revenue-share, flat bounties, or token-based incentives.
- • Success in your first 6 months looks like: (1) launching a scalable affiliate program with 100+ active partners, (2) driving 20% of new funded wallets via referrals, (3) achieving a 3:1 LTV:CAC ratio across all partner segments, and (4) establishing Ready as the go-to wallet partner for creators and fintech influencers worldwide.
- • You’ll join a fully remote, async-first team spanning SF, London, Lagos, and Singapore. We default to transparency—every OKR, dashboard, and decision doc is open to the company.
