Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As an Agent Product Manager at Rain Technologies, you will serve as the connective tissue between business challenges and technology solutions, identifying operational bottlenecks and building AI-powered automations that eliminate manual work and increase leverage across the organization. This role is critical to scaling Rain’s infrastructure for global payments by turning inefficiencies into scalable, intelligent systems that compound over time.
  • • You will diagnose and prioritize workflow inefficiencies across GTM, CX, Product, and other teams by auditing processes, translating business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI, and owning the end-to-end design and deployment of AI agents, automations, and workflows using code, no-code/low-code tools, and LLM APIs.
  • • You will drive adoption of your solutions by partnering with internal stakeholders, running enablement sessions, creating documentation, and building internal champions who sustain long-term impact, while also establishing operational rigor through success metrics, dashboards, and data-driven iteration.
  • • You will build Rain’s internal AI foundation by developing core primitives such as documentation, prompt libraries, SOPs, integration patterns, and governance frameworks that enable reliable and consistent deployment of AI agents and tools across the company.
  • • You will manage stakeholders by communicating progress, tradeoffs, and results clearly to teams and leadership, surfacing risks early, maintaining alignment across competing priorities, and ensuring solutions are not only built but embraced and scaled.
  • • You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where you take initiative, scope ambiguous problems, and ship working solutions without waiting for engineering teams, leveraging your technical fluency in code, APIs, SQL, scripting, and AI-native tooling like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
  • • You will grow into a systems builder who creates clarity from chaos by writing SOPs, building templates, defining standards, and structuring knowledge so that both humans and AI agents can build on your work — understanding that good documentation is infrastructure, not overhead.

🎯 Requirements

  • • CS background or strong technical fluency: comfortable with code, APIs, data structures, SQL, and scripting; able to read, write, and test code alongside LLMs to get things done.
  • • AI Native: extensive hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor) and building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows in daily work.
  • • 3–6 years of experience in product management, business operations, technical program management, forward deployed/solutions engineering, consulting, or similar roles where you identified problems and built technical solutions.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Unlimited time off with a 10-day minimum encouraged to ensure rest and recovery.
  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents, plus 100% company-subsidized life insurance for US-based employees.
  • • 401(k) plan with a 4% company match to support long-term retirement goals.
  • • Equity option plan for all Rainmakers to share in the company’s success.
  • • Rain Cards issued to team members for testing core products and services, plus eligibility for health and wellness spending (gym, massage, acupuncture, etc.) using the card.
  • • Team summits and offsites (domestic and international) to strengthen relationships and build a shared destiny.
