📋 Description

• • Define and execute end-to-end Change Management strategies for digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs.
• • Identify, map, and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
• • Conduct comprehensive impact assessments on roles, processes, and systems affected by technology transformations.
• • Design and implement adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track and report the success of change activities.
• • Develop and deliver targeted communication strategies and messaging plans tailored to diverse audiences across client organizations.
• • Create and manage change assets including training materials, communication templates, adoption plans, and change readiness tools.
• • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs for end users and leadership teams.
• • Drive adoption activities throughout all phases of technology projects, including discovery, design, testing, and deployment.
• • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, and go-live readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions.
• • Collaborate closely with technical teams to align change management efforts with system implementation timelines and deliverables.
• • Track, analyze, and report on adoption metrics and business outcomes to demonstrate the value of change initiatives.
• • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance to ensure successful transformation outcomes and sustainable adoption.
• • Work remotely with global clients across LATAM, adapting to diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
• • Operate autonomously to drive results in dynamic, client-facing consulting environments with minimal supervision.
• • Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring all change activities directly support business objectives and user needs.
