- • Lead the end-to-end operation of Sky: Children of the Light’s official Japanese social media accounts across X/Twitter, YouTube, Discord, LINE, and TikTok, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- • Plan and execute Japan-specific seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with game content updates, driving user growth through platform-tailored strategies and integrated data analysis.
- • Design and implement UGC (User-Generated Content) initiatives that leverage Sky’s unique aesthetic and Japanese player preferences to acquire new users and deepen community engagement.
- • Manage the KOL/KOC ecosystem—including core creators and the ‘Sky Sōzōbu’ (Sky Creative Team)—by developing incentive structures, providing content support, responding to inquiries, and establishing performance evaluation standards and content review SOPs.
- • Monitor and analyze public sentiment, community feedback, and performance metrics across all platforms to optimize content strategy and improve player retention.
- • Independently draft and approve all official Japanese-language social media copy and announcements, ensuring brand voice consistency and cultural appropriateness.
- • Support the planning and execution of offline events and exhibitions, integrating them with digital PR strategies and player-focused social media content.
- • Proactively optimize workflow processes for content publishing, collaboration, and approval to ensure efficiency in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Sky: Children of the Light’s world, mechanics, lore, and artistic direction to authentically represent the game in all communications.
- • Stay attuned to evolving UGC trends and platform-specific content preferences among Japanese players to identify emerging opportunities for creator collaboration and viral campaigns.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and community teams to align social media initiatives with broader business goals and seasonal game updates.
- • Translate player insights from social data into actionable recommendations for content creators, community managers, and product teams.
- • Establish and maintain a robust content calendar that reflects seasonal events, game patches, and cultural moments relevant to the Japanese audience.
- • Ensure all published content adheres to Sky’s brand identity while resonating with local aesthetics and player expectations in Japan.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between the global team and Japanese creators, balancing global guidelines with localized creative expression.
- • Continuously refine content performance benchmarks and reporting frameworks to measure campaign success and guide future investments.
- • Identify and onboard new creators who align with Sky’s values and aesthetic, expanding the reach and authenticity of the Japanese player community.
