- • As the Customer Success Manager for APAC at Sofar Ocean Inc., you will be the primary relationship owner for Wayfinder customers across the Asia-Pacific region, driving adoption, delivering measurable value, and building long-term partnerships that support the company’s expansion in a strategically important market.
- • You will own the full customer lifecycle for Wayfinder accounts in APAC — from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion — while tracking and reporting on customer outcomes such as fuel savings, CII improvement, and fleet efficiency to deepen engagement and inform strategy.
- • You will work closely with the APAC Sales Director, product, engineering, and data science teams to serve as the regional voice of the customer, influence product roadmap and go-to-market decisions, and represent Sofar at maritime industry events across key shipping hubs in the region.
- • In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will build scalable customer success infrastructure — including playbooks, onboarding guides, and health score frameworks — while working independently in a fast-moving, distributed team environment based in Singapore with willingness to travel across APAC.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of customer success, account management, or commercial experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- • Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of enterprise or mid-market accounts, including renewals and expansion revenue responsibility
- • Strong track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and translating product capabilities into business value
- • Excellent communicator — comfortable operating across levels, from vessel crews to C-suite stakeholders, and across cultures throughout APAC
- • Experience working in or closely with the maritime, logistics, or energy sectors is highly preferred
- • Based in Singapore with willingness to travel across the APAC region
