- • The Deputy Director, Web Strategy & Operations leads TNC’s enterprise web strategy to unify and evolve global flagship web experiences—including nature.org and Conservation Gateway—into a performance-driven, audience-centered, and influence and revenue-enabling ecosystem aligned with TNC’s web vision and strategy.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading enterprise web strategy, partnering with Marketing Technology on AEM platform planning and integrations, driving web consolidation and governance, establishing global content and accessibility standards, leveraging analytics and KPIs for optimization, overseeing site performance and SEO/GEO, managing web production and SEO teams, overseeing vendor relationships and budgets, and serving as the enterprise web subject matter expert.

- • In this role, the person can learn to lead large-scale digital transformation in a mission-driven NGO, deepen expertise in enterprise web governance and AI-powered capabilities, shape global digital experiences across languages and regions, and advance TNC’s 2030 conservation goals through strategic web innovation and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 9 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Experience managing staff and teams
- • Experience developing marketing plans and measuring results
- • Experience cultivating and managing client relationships
- • Experience leading complex project and program/account management including financial responsibilities
- • Experience partnering with technical teams (MarTech, IT) to shape platform-aligned web capabilities
