• • As Director of Data Lake and Integration at Credit Acceptance Corporation, you will provide technical and architectural leadership to build an enterprise data lake that is critical to the company’s modernization, growth, and strategic decision-making across first-party and third-party data ecosystems.
• • You will lead the vision, strategy, architecture, and execution of scalable data solutions, ensuring data availability and usability to support business priorities while representing the data team in cross-functional collaborations.
• • Day to day, you will develop and drive the long-term vision for the enterprise data lake and integration, aligning it with organizational goals and priorities across structured and unstructured data sources.
• • You will oversee the design and development of a scalable enterprise data lake that supports diverse use cases, enabling self-serve data access and fostering innovation across the company.
• • You will lead the continuous evolution of robust, business-aligned data lake and integration systems, promoting adoption of cloud-native architectures, distributed computing, and real-time data processing technologies.
