- • Lead the strategic development and execution of market access marketing initiatives for GEMTESA, an FDA-approved therapy targeting Overactive Bladder (OAB) and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).
- • Drive the evolution and implementation of innovative access strategies across multiple channels, including payer organizations, organized customers, trade and distribution networks, and healthcare provider engagement.
- • Ensure optimal patient access to GEMTESA by collaborating closely with payer and organized customer teams, as well as the patient support services group, navigating the complexities of the evolving payer landscape.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive U.S. market access marketing strategies that are meticulously aligned with the product’s overall commercialization plan and its current lifecycle stage, ensuring long-term success and market penetration.
- • Design and deliver a robust suite of unbranded and branded marketing tools, compelling value propositions, and persuasive communications specifically crafted to support and enhance market access and reimbursement for GEMTESA.
- • Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with key internal stakeholders, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Sales, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure seamless alignment and integrated execution of launch and access strategies.
- • Work in close conjunction with sales leadership to guarantee effective pull-through of market access strategies by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, impactful messaging, and essential resources for account management teams.
- • Actively support the design, development, and clear communication of patient assistance programs, hub services, and affordability offerings to enhance patient uptake and adherence.
- • Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive market access landscape, including pricing dynamics, reimbursement policy shifts, and emerging trends within the OAB/BPH therapeutic areas, to inform strategic adjustments.
- • Leverage deep customer, payer, and channel insights to refine and optimize market access positioning and tactical execution, ensuring a data-driven approach to strategy.
- • Develop, manage, and meticulously track brand access marketing budgets, ensuring the efficient and effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- • Contribute to the development of payer-specific value dossiers and evidence generation plans, working closely with HEOR and Medical Affairs to articulate the clinical and economic value of GEMTESA.
- • Stay abreast of evolving healthcare policy and regulatory changes that may impact market access and reimbursement for pharmaceutical products.
- • Translate complex market access challenges into actionable marketing strategies and tactical plans.
- • Champion a patient-centric approach to market access, ensuring that patient needs and barriers to access are central to all strategic considerations.
- • Prepare and present strategic plans, performance updates, and market insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- • Manage external agencies and vendors involved in market access marketing activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
- • Contribute to the overall commercial strategy of GEMTESA, providing critical market access perspectives.
- • Identify and assess new opportunities for market access innovation and differentiation.
- • Ensure all market access marketing activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- • Travel up to 35% to support key initiatives, attend conferences, and engage with stakeholders.
