- • As the first EMEA sales leader based in Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in scaling BioRender’s go-to-market presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by leading and developing a team of Account Executives and BDRs while driving revenue and shaping regional strategy.
- • Day to day, you will manage and coach your team through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance conversations; own team pipeline and revenue performance against targets; join sales calls to support deal strategy; collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to refine GTM approach; and evolve sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting discipline while maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
- • You will join a mission-driven, remote-first company backed by top investors like Y Combinator, where BioRender’s science communication tools are used by millions and featured in over 54,000 publications, operating in a high-growth startup environment that values collaboration and impact.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling sales teams in emerging markets, deepen your strategic influence on GTM execution, and gain hands-on experience shaping sales operations and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 3–5 years managing high-performing, outbound-focused sales teams (BDRs and AEs)
- • Exposure to EMEA markets or distributed teams
- • A strong track record as a top-performing individual contributor
- • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
- • A player-coach mindset with comfort leading while staying hands-on
- • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
