• • As Head of Implementation - Engineering at Metriport Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between our cutting-edge healthcare data platform and the customers who rely on it to improve patient outcomes. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for healthcare organizations using our open-source data intelligence platform, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention, and our ability to scale in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
• • You will lead implementation efforts from initial customer engagement through production rollout, owning the end-to-end experience for healthcare clients integrating Metriport’s platform into their clinical and operational workflows. Your day-to-day includes conducting discovery calls to uncover customer use cases and technical requirements, leading weekly syncs with onboarding customers to track progress and value realization, maintaining post-onboarding relationships through proactive check-ins and support, troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with engineering teams, managing customer requests by assessing priority and coordinating resolutions, communicating product updates aligned with customer needs, participating in bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospectives, managing APIs and integrations for seamless functionality, and attending a daily 30-minute remote stand-up at 7:30am PST Mon-Fri to align with the engineering team.

• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare IT systems (FHIR, HL7, HIE, EHR/EMR integrations), sharpen your technical leadership and customer advocacy skills, and gain end-to-end ownership of complex implementation lifecycles in a fast-scaling startup.
