- • The Lead, Growth Consultant (Virtual) is a healthcare operations support professional responsible for providing real-time assistance and guidance to Growth Consultants (Virtual) while they serve Medicare-eligible seniors, ensuring seamless daily operations without direct call-handling responsibilities or individual performance goals.
- • Day to day, the role involves providing immediate support during calls for process, system, or member situation questions; troubleshooting technical issues; monitoring team chat channels; maintaining campaign workflows and policies; serving as a subject matter expert for complex scenarios; updating team resources and documentation; assisting with scheduling and system access; coordinating between teams and departments; supporting onboarding and training; reviewing complex member cases for quality assurance; assisting with compliance and HIPAA adherence; resolving member complaints; communicating operational issues to leadership; participating in team meetings and process improvements; and staying updated on campaign changes to relay to the team.
