- • As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Brave Health PA, you will play a vital role in expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care for underserved populations across New York State, particularly those relying on Medicaid and Medicare, by delivering evidence-based outpatient therapy through a secure, innovative telehealth platform that breaks down geographic and socioeconomic barriers to treatment.
- • You will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via video conferencing for clients across the lifespan, utilizing trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches to address mental health and substance use disorders, while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices in a fully remote environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing comprehensive clinical assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing ongoing therapy and crisis intervention, documenting progress in electronic health records, coordinating care with other providers when needed, and participating in regular clinical supervision and team consultations to ensure quality and compliance.
- • You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed therapists within a mission-driven organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is committed to reducing disparities in mental health care access for marginalized communities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the State of New York
- • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship for visa status
- • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapies
- • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, video communication tools, and electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and client engagement
- • Fluency in English; Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred and eligible for additional compensation
