- • As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) at Brave Health PA, you will play a vital role in expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care for underserved populations across New York State, directly supporting the company’s mission to close the gap in Medicaid and Medicare mental health service availability through innovative telehealth solutions.
- • You will provide outpatient therapeutic services via a fully remote telehealth platform, delivering evidence-based care to clients across the lifespan while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, performing comprehensive clinical assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and utilizing telehealth software and video communication tools to engage clients effectively in a virtual setting.
- • You will collaborate with clients to establish and achieve therapeutic goals, apply knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- • You will participate in free qualified supervision (if eligible) to support ongoing professional development and licensure maintenance, while benefiting from a structured Monday–Friday schedule with shift options of 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm EST, ensuring predictable work-life balance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s level degree in Social Work or a related field and active, unrestricted Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensure in the state of New York
- • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future; unable to sponsor visas
- • A private, secure work-from-home space that ensures patient confidentiality and meets HIPAA compliance standards for telehealth delivery
- • Fluency in English; Spanish language proficiency is preferred and eligible for additional compensation, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus
