- • As a Nurse Practitioner in ChenMed’s CareLine telehealth program, you will provide remote diagnostic patient care via video or telephone during nights and weekends, serving as the dispositional authority for after-hours clinical consultations.
- • You will assess, diagnose, treat, and document patients’ physical and psychosocial health status, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with primary care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- • ChenMed is a family-owned, physician-led organization transforming senior healthcare by rescuing patients from inadequate care through innovative, compassionate, and expanding telehealth services across 14 locations.
- • In this role, you will refine your clinical judgment, gain expertise in telemedicine protocols, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and develop leadership skills through committee participation and policy formulation while maintaining autonomous practice in multiple states.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Nursing required
- • Board certification by AANP or ANCC required
- • Multistate compact RN license and multi-state APRN licensure including FL, VA, and at least 2 licenses from GA, MI, MO, OH, PA, TN, TX, IL, KY, LA
- • Minimum of 3 years’ acute/primary care clinical work experience; primary care or emergency services highly preferred
- • Minimum of 2 years’ telehealth work experience preferred
- • Ability and willingness to obtain independent/autonomous NP practice in applicable states
