- • As an Outbound Sales Specialist at Globe Life Insurance, you will play a key role in welcoming new policyholders, activating life insurance policies, and supporting customer service initiatives through outbound and inbound calls. This remote position is essential to ensuring policy accuracy, customer satisfaction, and the successful onboarding of new clients, directly contributing to Globe Life’s mission of helping families Make Tomorrow Better.
- • Day to day, you will make outbound calls to newly issued policyholders to welcome them, verify policy details, and assist with additional information; collect first premiums via CRM to activate policies; reach out to internet-generated leads to warm up prospects for the sales team; explain policy benefits clearly; complete necessary paperwork; assist with correspondence and error corrections; and execute special projects involving outbound campaigns for sister companies like AIL & LNL.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- • 1+ years of customer service or professional experience in a customer service-related atmosphere
- • Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance is preferred but not required
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comfort collecting payments via credit card and bank draft
- • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
