- • Own the end-to-end growth journey for the Avast Suite portfolio—turning customer value into sustainable, ethical, and scalable business growth across 150+ countries and nearly 500 million users.
- • Define and continuously evolve the suite’s packaging, pricing, and lifecycle propositions, ensuring every offer is transparent, customer-centric, and aligned with Gen’s mission of Digital Freedom.
- • Design contextual, low-friction upgrade paths that unlock additional value only when customers naturally hit the limits of their current plan—never through dark patterns or disconnected add-ons.
- • Map and optimize the full monetization funnel: trial-to-paid conversion, first purchase, cross-sell, upsell, renewal, win-back, and churn-prevention flows—each stage measured against conversion, ARPU, CLTV, churn, and attach-rate KPIs.
- • Run rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments on pricing tiers, promotional cadences, in-product nudges, and lifecycle messaging; scale winning variants globally while maintaining compliance with regional regulations and customer expectations.
- • Partner daily with the Avast Suite Lead, Discovery & Engagement PM, Product Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to align roadmaps, share insights, and ensure every growth initiative ladders up to the broader Avast Suite strategy.
- • Build and maintain an outcome-focused roadmap that balances quick-win optimizations with longer-term strategic bets; write crisp PRDs, user stories, and experiment specs that Engineering can execute at sprint speed.
- • Translate qualitative user research, NPS comments, support tickets, and quantitative funnel data into actionable hypotheses—then validate them through rapid experimentation and iterative product improvements.
- • Present hypotheses, live test results, and financial impact models to senior leadership; influence investment decisions and contribute to Gen-wide growth strategy discussions.
- • Champion a culture of customer obsession: ensure every experiment, feature, or price change is stress-tested against the question, "Does this genuinely solve a user problem and deepen trust?"
- • Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA, Americas, and APAC to localize offers, messaging, and payment methods while preserving a consistent global brand experience.
- • Monitor competitive landscapes in cybersecurity, utilities, and consumer SaaS to surface pricing, packaging, and lifecycle innovations that can be adapted ethically for Avast.
- • Maintain strict adherence to privacy, security, and fair-billing standards; work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure every growth tactic meets GDPR, CCPA, and other global regulations.
- • Mentor junior PMs and analysts on growth frameworks, experiment design, and stakeholder communication—building a center of excellence inside the Prague office and across Gen’s global product community.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer SaaS or subscription-based products with a strong growth & monetization focus.
- • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through product-led initiatives—e.g., improving conversion, ARPU, CLTV, or reducing churn.
- • Deep expertise in pricing, packaging, and lifecycle optimization, supported by rigorous experimentation and data analysis.
- • Exceptional analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experiment design, and financial impact modeling using SQL, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools.
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate trade-offs and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, utilities, or other categories where trust and transparency are critical to long-term customer relationships.
