- • Drive execution strategy across multiple products and platforms by launching 0→1 initiatives, accelerating delivery, and improving quality through technical and programmatic solutions
- • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (including CTEs, joins, aggregations, window functions, and transformations) to collect, transform, and analyze product data, identifying trends and actionable insights
- • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Google Sheets and similar tools to support stakeholder decision-making
- • Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to automate analysis, accelerate prototyping, and streamline operational tasks
- • Proactively identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies, communicating effectively across cross-functional teams
- • Own end-to-end program management for high-priority initiatives, including planning, execution, risk identification, and cross-team coordination
- • Strengthen partnerships with product, engineering, legal, and other stakeholders to remove blockers and drive operational efficiency
- • Support data annotation, labeling, and LLM training initiatives to enhance product quality and model performance
- • Work independently with minimal oversight as a self-starter, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
- • Apply a data-driven approach to problem-solving using strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- • Maintain rigorous organizational and time-management practices to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
- • Collaborate on technical requirements with engineering teams to align operational workflows with product development cycles
- • Contribute to the development and execution of testing strategies (manual and automated) for product features and AI-driven systems
- • Utilize advanced Google Workspace functionalities, including complex formulas, documentation, and workflow automation, to enhance productivity
- • Participate in AI tool prompt iteration and automation use cases to improve efficiency in product operations
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical program management with a focus on product operations
- • Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced queries (CTEs, joins, aggregations, window functions, transformations)
- • Experience working with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows, including prompt iteration and automation use cases
- • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets), including complex formulas, documentation, and workflow automation
- • Experience with data annotation, labeling, and LLM training workflows
- • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal oversight
