📋 Description

• As a QA Engineer at Foundation Healthcare, LLC, you will be the guardian of an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that directly impacts provider workdays and patient lives, ensuring quality and reliability in a mission-driven healthcare technology environment.
• Day to day, you will take ownership of shaping QA culture and standards from the ground up, act as the gatekeeper by advocating for quality before releases, master fundamentals through deep-dive regression testing and support for complex implementations, and leverage AI tools to supercharge productivity while testing AI-powered systems.
• You will join an AI-native team at Foundation Health that uses modern serverless technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, and GCP, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence where diverse perspectives drive progress in transforming healthcare through technology.
• In this role, you will have high agency to influence technical direction, build new testing frameworks without legacy debt, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like Playwright MCP and Agents, and take a meaningful equity stake in an early-stage company pioneering the future of healthcare quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA/Software testing with a focus on web applications and APIs
• Proficiency in Playwright for automated front-end testing
• Experience with QA on enterprise level products
• Experience with Manual and Exploratory testing - you know when to automate and when to dig in by hand
• An AI-Native Mindset: You already use AI tools to help your workflow or have experience testing AI products
