- • As a Remote Sales Representative at Medtronic, you will drive sales performance and expand market presence for medical technologies in Poland, contributing to the company’s mission of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life through innovative healthcare solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets, identifying new sales opportunities, implementing market development initiatives, delivering effective product presentations, representing Medtronic at industry conferences, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, educating customers on product use, and analyzing competitive products to inform sales strategies.
- • You will join a global team of over 95,000 passionate professionals at Medtronic, a leader in medical technology, where innovation, compassion, and purpose-driven work are central to the culture, and you’ll operate primarily remotely with occasional travel as needed across Poland.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in medical device sales, strengthen your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, refine your communication and presentation skills, and contribute to long-term product growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
- • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Polish (required)
- • Experience in the medical device industry or hospital environment is advantageous
- • Strong goal orientation, attention to detail, and adaptability to flexible remote work schedules
