• • This Senior Full-Stack Engineer role is a unique opportunity to join a small, autonomous innovation team focused on creating tangible impact and delivering practical, usable outcomes, rather than overly complex or purely experimental solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of Matomo by combining strong technical execution with a product-oriented mindset. Efficiency, creativity, and a drive for execution are paramount for success in this role.
• • Your primary responsibility will be Full-Stack Innovation Development. This involves designing, prototyping, and delivering new features that enhance Matomo's capabilities, spanning both backend development using PHP and frontend development with JavaScript. While PHP and JavaScript are core, you may also have opportunities to work with Python and Node.js as needed for specific projects.
• • A key aspect of this role is Rapid Prototyping and Validation. You will be tasked with quickly testing new product ideas, including but not limited to innovative AI-driven insights, and validating their real-world applicability and value through practical use cases. This requires a blend of technical skill and market awareness.
• • You will experience End-to-End Ownership of your projects. From the initial concept and ideation phase through to deployment and beyond, you will own your ideas, ensuring they are brought to life effectively and contribute meaningfully to the product.
