- • The Senior Manager, RGMX – Away From Home (AFH) Channel leads Revenue Growth & Margin Expansion strategies across all beverage categories in Japan’s AFH channel, translating long-range and annual business plans into actionable price, pack, and portfolio architecture to drive sustainable topline growth and margin improvement.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing AFH-specific RGMX strategies, defining pricing architecture, optimizing promotional spend and trade ROI, driving premiumization and SKU rationalization, integrating multi-source data for insights, and collaborating with Marketing, Channel, Finance, Bottler RGM, and Global RGM teams to ensure disciplined execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- • 5~8+ years of experience in RGMX, category management, commercial strategy, or commercial finance in FMCG/CPG.
- • Proven experience in pricing, promotion optimization, and trade spend analysis.
- • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- • Fluent business in English and Japanese.
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams and franchise bottling systems preferred.
