- • The Service Team Coordinator is a remote inbound call center agent role focused on delivering VIP-level customer service to patients in a healthcare setting, directly supporting ChenMed’s mission to improve senior health and transform primary care.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls for patient scheduling, general inquiries, and service interactions; documenting interactions via web-based systems; escalating issues appropriately; collaborating across departments; and maintaining prompt, accurate service to build patient loyalty and support better health outcomes.
- • ChenMed is a family-owned, physician-led healthcare organization rapidly expanding to serve underserved senior populations, emphasizing innovation, kindness, and entrepreneurial spirit in its team culture while operating across 11 locations with a remote-friendly model.
- • In this role, you will develop strong healthcare customer service expertise, refine communication and multitasking abilities, gain experience with CRM systems in a medical environment, and grow into a trusted contributor to patient care operations with potential for advancement within a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- • Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced medical office or healthcare setting (highly preferred)
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and keyboarding
- • Spoken and written fluency in English; bilingual ability in Spanish, Creole, or Vietnamese is a plus
- • Availability and willingness to work overtime hours as needed based on business staffing needs
