Your primary focus will be on patient scheduling, addressing general inquiries, and managing other crucial patient service interactions. 🎯 Requirements

  • • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or fast-paced medical setting.
  • • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • • Ability to meet department standards and goals in quality assurance, handle time, and schedule adherence.
  • • Clear speaking voice in English is required.
  • • Must reside within the Continental United States in a State where the company is established as a business entity.
  • • Experience with web-based customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
