- • Supervises Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) in delivering remote diagnostic patient care via telehealth, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to protocols during after-hours and weekend shifts.
- • Oversees clinical operations by evaluating and improving workflows, managing team schedules, mentoring staff, and serving as a preceptor/trainer for APPs and RNs.
- • Conducts virtual patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning through video or telephone, documents findings, and coordinates care with primary care providers and specialists.
- • Leads quality improvement initiatives, participates in committee work, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards, departmental goals, and telemedicine best practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) and Advanced Practice Nursing certification mandatory.
- • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) via AANP or ANCC; active multi-state licensure including FL, VA, and at least two additional states from GA, KS, MI, MO, OH, PA, TN, TX, IL, KY, LA.
- • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and 3 years of acute/primary care clinical work; 2+ years telehealth experience highly preferred.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel up to 25% domestically.
- • BLS certification required within 90 days; spoken/written English fluency required; Spanish/Creole bilingual a plus.
