Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Training Specialist for FuzeRx, you will be the architect of learning experiences that enable thousands of healthcare professionals, life-science partners and internal teams to master our rapidly expanding digital platform. Your curricula will directly influence how doctors prescribe, how pharmacists dispense and how patients receive life-changing therapies—making every lesson you design a potential lifesaver.
  • • You will own the full training lifecycle: conducting in-depth needs analyses with product managers, clinical liaisons and customer success teams; translating complex pharmaceutical workflows into clear, engaging learning objectives; and building blended programs that combine live virtual sessions, self-paced e-learning, interactive simulations and quick-reference job aids.
  • • Day-to-day, you will script and storyboard micro-learning videos, author SCORM-compliant modules in Articulate 360 or similar tools, and facilitate virtual instructor-led workshops for audiences ranging from C-suite executives to front-line pharmacy technicians. Your sessions will be laser-focused on measurable outcomes—reducing prescription abandonment, accelerating prior-authorization turnaround times and boosting patient medication adherence.
  • • Collaboration is core to the role. You will partner with UX researchers to embed real patient journeys into case studies, work with data scientists to integrate live dashboards that show the impact of training on clinical KPIs, and align closely with compliance officers to ensure every module meets FDA, HIPAA and state-board regulations. Expect to iterate rapidly based on learner feedback, A/B testing different formats and languages to maximize knowledge retention.
  • • You will also serve as the go-to internal expert on adult-learning best practices. You will coach product managers on how to run effective “train-the-trainer” sessions, mentor junior instructional designers and maintain a living style guide that keeps all FuzeRx content visually consistent and pedagogically sound. Your influence will scale far beyond direct delivery—your frameworks will become the gold standard across Fuze Health’s portfolio.
  • • Measurement matters. You will define success metrics for every program—NPS, completion rates, post-training assessment scores and downstream clinical metrics—and present quarterly impact reports to senior leadership. When the data reveals a knowledge gap, you will pivot quickly, designing targeted refreshers or advanced tracks that keep our partners at the cutting edge of digital therapeutics.
  • • Travel is minimal (less than 10 %) but impactful: twice a year you may join our user summit to deliver keynote workshops, gather voice-of-customer insights and film on-site testimonials that enrich future content. The rest of the time you will work fully remote, collaborating across time zones with colleagues in San Francisco, Boston, London and Bangalore.
  • • Ultimately, your work will accelerate Fuze Health’s mission to close gaps in care. By equipping providers and payers with the knowledge they need to leverage FuzeRx, you will help ensure that the right patient gets the right medication at the right time—every time.
