We aim to provide a valuable service for both employers and job seekers. This policy outlines the circumstances under which Goremotejob may issue a refund for its paid services.
2. Job Postings & Add-Ons
Payments for single job postings and associated add-ons (e.g., "Featured," "Pinned") are non-refundable once the job has been submitted for review or published.
A refund may be considered only if a technical error on our platform prevents your job from being posted correctly and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 business hours.
We do not issue refunds for a lack of applications or for applications that do not meet your criteria.
3. Employer Subscriptions
For recurring subscription plans (e.g., Premium Account), you may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

To request a refund based on the eligibility criteria above, please contact our support team with your transaction details and a description of the issue. All requests are subject to review.
