1. Platform Availability
We strive for our platform to be available to you 24/7. Our engineering team has a goal to maintain at least 99.5% uptime for all critical services, such as user authentication, job searching, and application submissions. This uptime is calculated on a monthly basis.
Occasionally, we need to perform scheduled maintenance to improve the platform. We will provide at least 24 hours' notice for any maintenance expected to cause downtime, and we'll aim to conduct it during off-peak hours.
2. Support Response Times
We are here to help. For users on our premium employer plans, we are committed to the following initial response times during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM UTC):
- Urgent Issues (e.g., payment problems, inability to post a critical job): Our goal is to respond within 4 business hours.
- General Inquiries: Our goal is to respond within one business day.
For all other users, we will do our best to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.
3. Data Integrity
We understand how important your data is. All critical user and application data is backed up daily to secure, redundant storage to protect against data loss.
4. Our Limitations
While we work hard to meet these commitments, we cannot be responsible for downtime or issues caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. This includes major internet outages, failures of third-party services we rely on, or issues with your own internet connection or hardware.
