- • The role is critical to maintaining the operational backbone of a fast-growing startup that helps Canadians become real estate investors through online events, bootcamps, and high-ticket coaching, enabling leadership to focus on high-impact activities while the admin ensures seamless execution behind the scenes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating calendars and preparing meetings for leadership, tracking tasks, deadlines, and initiative progress, supporting business development projects and researching new opportunities, maintaining accurate trackers, notes, and documentation, executing timely follow-ups and supporting team communications, organizing priorities to ensure leadership requests are completed promptly, and demonstrating consistent attention to detail, speed, and initiative in all administrative and project-related tasks.
