This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and innovation in a rapidly evolving healthcare technology landscape, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
  • • This role demands a forward-thinking, market-driven strategist with a keen understanding of enterprise-level dynamics and a relentless focus on growth. You will be instrumental in translating complex market trends, competitive landscapes, evolving regulatory requirements, and the nuanced needs of our buyers into clear, actionable strategies. Your ability to synthesize these diverse inputs will be crucial in defining differentiated market positioning and articulating compelling value propositions.
  • • You will bridge the gap between intricate practitioner workflows and high-level executive priorities, transforming these insights into robust go-to-market frameworks. This involves deeply understanding the day-to-day challenges faced by healthcare providers and aligning our product offerings with their strategic objectives. Your work will ensure that our product messaging resonates with the market and effectively communicates the unique value of our EHR solution.
  • • Serving as the critical connective tissue, you will foster seamless alignment and collaboration across key departments including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success. This cross-functional leadership is essential for ensuring that our product strategy, commercial objectives, and market activation efforts are cohesive and mutually reinforcing. You will be the central point of contact, driving consensus and ensuring that all stakeholders are working towards common goals.
  • • This position requires exceptional influence without formal authority. You will be expected to bring structure to ambiguous situations, proactively identify opportunities across the entire buyer journey, and effectively mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve measurable growth outcomes. Your ability to lead through persuasion and collaboration will be paramount to success.

You will be empowered to make a significant impact on the future of healthcare technology.
  • • Key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. You will develop and refine buyer personas and customer journey maps to ensure our strategies are deeply rooted in customer understanding. Crafting compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the unique value proposition of our EHR solution for practice groups will be a core function.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Product Management to inform the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback. Developing and executing integrated go-to-market plans, including product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement materials, will be critical. This includes creating sales tools, presentations, datasheets, and training materials to equip the sales team for success.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives, measuring their effectiveness, and iterating on strategies as needed. Engaging with industry analysts, thought leaders, and key opinion leaders to build awareness and advocacy for our solutions will also be part of your remit.
  • • You will also play a vital role in understanding and communicating the impact of regulatory changes on our target market and product strategy. This includes translating complex regulatory requirements into clear value propositions for our customers and internal teams.
  • • At PointClickCare, we are committed to leveraging AI to enhance healthcare. You will be expected to integrate AI-driven insights into your marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to showcase how our solutions, powered by AI, deliver meaningful and lasting change for providers and patients. This includes understanding how AI can improve creativity, productivity, and decision-making within healthcare workflows.
  • • This role offers the chance to work with a leading health tech company that is founder-led, privately held, and deeply invested in research and development. You will be part of a team that serves over 30,000 provider organizations, impacting millions of lives. We offer flexibility, significant growth opportunities, and the chance to contribute to meaningful work that redefines healthcare, ensuring it doesn't just survive, but thrives.
