This role is designed for an innovative, market-driven individual who possesses a keen understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, particularly within the post-acute care ecosystem. You will be instrumental in driving growth and ensuring our EHR solution effectively meets the complex needs of practice groups.
- • This position demands a strategic mindset, moving beyond the scope of highly mature portfolio roles to embrace enterprise awareness and a growth-oriented perspective. You will be responsible for deeply understanding evolving market dynamics, anticipating competitive pressures, navigating intricate regulatory considerations, and identifying the nuanced needs of our buyers. Your ability to synthesize this information will be critical in clarifying problem statements and defining a distinct, differentiated market positioning for our offerings.
- • A core aspect of your role will be translating the intricate workflows of healthcare practitioners and the strategic priorities of executives into compelling value propositions and actionable go-to-market frameworks. You will act as the essential link between our product strategy, our commercial objectives, and our market activation efforts, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
- • This role necessitates strong influence without formal authority. The ideal candidate will excel at bringing structure to ambiguous situations, proactively identifying opportunities throughout the entire buyer journey, and effectively mobilizing cross-functional teams to achieve measurable growth outcomes. Your leadership will be key in driving initiatives forward with clarity, discipline, and a focus on results.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing plans that encompass market analysis, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning, content strategy, sales enablement, and launch planning. This includes conducting thorough market research to identify trends, unmet needs, and potential market gaps within the practice group segment of the post-acute care market.
- • Crafting compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the unique value proposition of our EHR solution to various buyer personas within practice groups. This involves understanding their pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes.
- • Developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies for new product features, enhancements, and full product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration. This includes collaborating with Product Management to define roadmaps and with Marketing for campaign execution.
- • Creating and delivering impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, datasheets, case studies, and training programs, to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell the EHR solution.
- • Serving as a subject matter expert on the EHR for Practice Groups solution, its target market, and competitive landscape. You will be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights and guidance to inform strategic decisions.
- • Collaborating closely with Product Management to provide market feedback, influence product strategy, and ensure that product development aligns with market needs and competitive realities.
- • Working with the broader Marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and public relations efforts that drive awareness and interest in our EHR solution.
- • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for product improvement and strategic adjustments to our go-to-market approach.
- • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimize performance. This includes tracking key metrics related to market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or healthcare technology industry, with a strong understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) or similar clinical software solutions.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, including market analysis, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, demonstrating strong influence and collaboration skills.
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
