- • As the inaugural Enterprise Account Executive for Europe, based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you will spearhead Relevance AI's expansion into the European market. This is a career-defining opportunity to drive significant revenue growth by selling our groundbreaking AI agent platform to large, complex organizations. You will be instrumental in shaping our presence in a key strategic region, working with a dynamic and fast-paced team that is at the vanguard of AI innovation.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and drive the full-cycle enterprise sales process for deals exceeding $100k Annual Contract Value (ACV). You will target organizations with 1,000 or more full-time employees, identifying and nurturing relationships with multiple key decision-makers across various departments, from end-users to C-level executives. This requires a sophisticated understanding of complex organizational structures and the ability to navigate multi-threaded sales cycles effectively.
- • You will be tasked with running world-class discovery sessions to deeply understand customer challenges and business objectives. This will involve mapping intricate stakeholder relationships, identifying pain points, and articulating how Relevance AI's platform can deliver transformative business value through intelligent automation. Delivering compelling product demonstrations that clearly tie technical capabilities to tangible ROI will be a critical component of your success.
- • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline is paramount. You will be expected to develop and manage a pipeline that is at least three times the size of your sales quota, ensuring consistent forecasting accuracy within our CRM (HubSpot). This requires proactive prospecting, strategic account planning, and effective territory management.
- • A significant part of your role will involve educating potential buyers in the emerging category of AI agents. You will need to simplify complex technical concepts, clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our platform, and create a sense of urgency by highlighting the competitive advantages and operational efficiencies gained through adopting the AI Workforce.
- • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work closely with our Product and Solutions Engineering teams to identify and develop custom use cases tailored to specific enterprise needs. This partnership will be crucial in unlocking strategic deals and ensuring customer success from the initial sale through to implementation.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and business leaders, helping them envision and implement AI-driven strategies that scale output exponentially and redefine how their organizations operate. This involves understanding their strategic goals and aligning Relevance AI's capabilities to achieve them.
- • This role demands a proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong bias toward action. You will be comfortable operating in a high-velocity startup environment while maintaining the rigor and professionalism required for enterprise sales. The challenge of building something new in a new region is an exciting prospect, and you will have the autonomy to shape our go-to-market strategy in Europe.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans for key target accounts, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and expanding our footprint across the European market. This includes understanding market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to position Relevance AI as the leading solution for AI-powered automation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, consistently achieving targets with average deal sizes ranging from $50k to $300k+.
- • Demonstrated success in managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and departments within large organizations (1,000+ FTE).
- • Experience selling technical or automation-first products, with a strong preference for those with exposure to AI, GPT-based tools, or integration platforms.
- • Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity startup environments while maintaining the structured approach and rigor necessary for enterprise sales.
- • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- • Deep curiosity and excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas into clear, ROI-driven outcomes for diverse audiences.
