• • The Partner Account Manager (PAM) at Jellyfish serves as the primary point of contact for Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals to drive business outcomes.
• • Day to day responsibilities include being the primary account lead for a portfolio of GMP clients, guiding clients through onboarding and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Product), educating clients on new features and strategies, monitoring account performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities.
