📋 Description
- • As an Account Strategist specializing in Paid Media at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of driving exceptional performance for our SaaS and Tech clients. This is a pivotal role within our dynamic Paid Media team, reporting directly to the Associate Director. You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, responsible for crafting and executing sophisticated paid media strategies that align with their unique business objectives and deliver tangible results.
- • Your core responsibility will be to oversee and manage a portfolio of Paid Media accounts, ensuring their optimal performance and growth. This involves developing comprehensive quarterly strategies tailored to each client's specific market position, value proposition, and lead generation goals. You will be instrumental in translating client needs into actionable paid media plans across various channels.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves direct client communication. You will conduct weekly check-ins, present performance reports, and proactively address any client inquiries or concerns. Building and nurturing strong client relationships is paramount, as this fosters trust, encourages renewals, and opens avenues for cross-selling additional services that can further enhance client success.
- • You will collaborate closely with vendors and operational partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks, maintain high standards of work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvements. This collaborative approach extends to internal teams, where you will work with the Associate Director to ensure both internal and client-facing goals are met and exceeded.
- • The role demands a deep understanding of paid media campaign execution and optimization. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing budgets for campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This includes meticulous keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, precise audience targeting, and continuous performance analysis to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- • A key differentiator at Directive is our focus on Customer Generation, emphasizing SQLs and Customers over traditional MQLs. You will need to deeply understand our clients' positioning and unique value propositions to craft campaigns that resonate with their target audience and drive qualified leads.
- • You will also play a role in ensuring the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, confirming that the leads generated through paid media efforts are correctly directed for follow-up. Understanding the value and application of Programmatic campaigns will also be an important part of your strategic toolkit.
- • Personal productivity and utilization are critical metrics for success in this role. You will be expected to manage your workload efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of output while ensuring the quality of your work remains exceptional.
- • Success in this role is defined by your ability to manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding department-level OKRs such as client growth and goal attainment. Building client trust and relationships that lead to consistent renewals is a primary objective. You will also be expected to identify and recommend cross-selling opportunities for other Directive services that align with client goals.
- • Exceptional decision-making skills are crucial, particularly concerning the strategic direction of client accounts. You will be expected to clearly communicate results and strategic insights to client points of contact and executive leadership, demonstrating a clear narrative supported by data.
- • Furthermore, you will be encouraged to stay at the cutting edge of the industry, actively learning about and integrating AI and automation to enhance marketing strategies and operational efficiency. This forward-thinking approach ensures our clients always benefit from the latest advancements in performance marketing.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in creating and managing high-performing Paid Media strategies specifically for enterprise SaaS businesses, contributing directly to their growth and success.
- • You will be responsible for the overall health and performance of your assigned client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. This includes staying abreast of client business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscapes to proactively adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- • The ability to translate complex campaign data into clear, compelling narratives for clients is essential. You will be expected to "tell stories with data," illustrating the impact of your strategies and justifying future recommendations.
- • You will embody Directive's core values in all interactions, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client success. This includes fostering a positive and productive working relationship with both internal teams and external clients.
- • This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about B2B tech and SaaS marketing. Your contributions will directly impact client acquisition and revenue growth, making this a highly rewarding position.
