  • • As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist at StackAdapt, you will be an integral part of our mission to empower marketers with cutting-edge technology.   • • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of programmatic campaigns from inception to completion. This involves a deep understanding of campaign trafficking, meticulous pixel implementation, and insightful performance analysis. You will be the go-to expert for ensuring that campaigns are set up correctly, tracked accurately, and optimized for maximum impact.
  • • You will collaborate extensively with our Client Services team to fulfill client deliverables. This includes the intricate process of campaign trafficking, making necessary campaign modifications as strategies evolve, and managing internal ad operations tasks that support campaign success. Your ability to translate client needs into technical campaign setups will be crucial.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be the creation and delivery of robust pixel-based data-capturing systems. This involves understanding how to implement tracking pixels effectively to gather essential data for campaign analysis and optimization, ensuring that we have the insights needed to drive performance.
  • • Before any campaign goes live, you will be responsible for rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) of all campaign assets, pixels, and the overall campaign setup. This proactive approach is vital to guarantee accurate setup, reliable measurement, and prevent any potential issues that could impact performance or client satisfaction.
  • • You will manage programmatic campaigns end-to-end, providing critical support for optimization across a diverse range of channels, including Native, Display, Video, Connected TV, Audio, and Digital Out-of-Home. This requires a broad understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and the nuances of each channel.
  • • Supporting in-platform trading activities will be a significant part of your day-to-day. This includes managing budget adjustments to ensure optimal pacing, troubleshooting delivery issues, and making strategic decisions to align campaign performance with client objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • Continuous monitoring of live campaigns and their performance data is essential. You will proactively identify optimization opportunities and areas for efficiency improvements, working in close partnership with the Client Services team to implement these enhancements and ensure campaigns are always performing at their best.
  • • You will serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, providing guidance and best practices on campaign setup, programmatic trading strategies, and optimization techniques. Your knowledge will help elevate the capabilities of the entire organization.
  • • Delivering comprehensive post-campaign performance analysis and reporting to both internal stakeholders and external clients will be a core duty. This involves translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform future campaign strategies and demonstrate the value delivered.
  • • You will play a vital role in establishing and refining techniques, best practices, and scalable processes for ad operations. This focus on process improvement will ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution across the board and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Ad Operations team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising, including hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) or Ad Networks.
  • • Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign lifecycle and performance metrics.
  • • Experience in creating and implementing pixel-based data-capturing systems for tracking and analytics purposes.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite of Business Applications.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate technical concepts into clear, concise communications.
  • • Understanding of the digital advertising sales landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
