📋 Description

• • Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective Adaptive Planning solutions for finance clients.
• • Implement budgets, forecasts, and financial reports within the Adaptive Planning platform to support client financial planning processes.
• • Analyze existing financial models—both spreadsheet-based and non-spreadsheet-based—and translate them into configured Adaptive Planning environments.
• • Provide technical guidance on the design, configuration, modeling, and troubleshooting of the full Adaptive suite of products.
• • Maintain current certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite to ensure compliance with platform updates and best practices.
• • Participate in sales opportunities by assisting with scoping, estimating project effort, and demonstrating Adaptive Planning capabilities to prospective clients.
• • Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific Adaptive Planning functionality and workflows.
• • Lead and participate in client workshops to define implementation strategies, align stakeholders, and establish project roadmaps.
• • Configure and customize Adaptive Planning environments to build proof of concepts and present sustainable, executive-ready solutions.
• • Attend pre-sales meetings with sales teams to assess client project scope, complexity, and resource needs.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related inquiries, providing ongoing support and customer service.
• • Travel to client sites as required to support implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• • Leverage advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support data analysis, integration, and validation within Adaptive Planning solutions.
• • Apply deep knowledge of Adaptive Planning features including environment settings, modeling, security protocols, workflow automation, dot notation logic, OfficeConnect, and data integration methods.
• • Communicate complex financial and technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical client executives.
• • Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on individual deliverables and deadlines.
• • Demonstrate strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to meet client expectations and project milestones.
• • Act as a mentor and leader within the team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across all levels.
