  • • Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiter relationship management.
  • • Support onboarding, communication, and follow-ups with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • • Manage project trackers, action items, and operational workflows to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
  • • Coordinate meetings, corporate events, employee travel, and related business logistics as required.
  • • Assist with office setup, vendor coordination, and local operational tasks to maintain functional workplace standards.
  • • Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership teams based on operational data and metrics.
  • • Ensure consistent follow-through on key initiatives, outstanding actions, and time-sensitive deliverables.
  • • Maintain efficient day-to-day business operations across recruiting, administration, and cross-functional support functions.
  • • Work closely with leadership to align administrative efforts with strategic priorities and company goals.
  • • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders across hiring, operations, and business execution teams.
  • • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and workflow clarity.
  • • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
