📋 Description

• Are you a forward-thinking, product-obsessed, full-stack engineer eager to leverage the power of AI in your daily development workflow? RYZ Labs is seeking an experienced Agentic Software Engineer to join a dynamic client team, revolutionizing the travel industry.
• In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of a new era of software development, utilizing cutting-edge AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as your primary tools. Your mission is to build and ship impactful features for a sophisticated travel platform, driving innovation and enhancing user experiences.
• You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of well-scoped features from initial implementation through to successful production deployment. This requires not only strong coding skills but also sound judgment in making critical decisions regarding implementation approaches and quality trade-offs, directly influencing feature delivery timelines and the long-term maintainability of our codebase.
• Collaboration is key. You will work within a fast-paced, highly integrated environment that spans multiple technology domains, diverse business teams, and geographically distributed offices. You will be expected to consult with senior engineers on complex architectural decisions and proactively identify and communicate risks that necessitate broader team discussions.
• Your core responsibilities will include developing and delivering robust features and services for our travel platform, working as an integral part of a full-stack product development team. A significant aspect of this role involves demonstrating strong proficiency in leveraging agentic coding tools within your daily development workflows to accelerate delivery cycles and elevate code quality.
• You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and validating AI-generated code, ensuring its correctness, security, and optimal performance before it is integrated into our systems. This critical step guarantees the integrity and reliability of our software.
• A crucial part of your contribution will be actively participating in the refactoring and modernization of existing services and architectures. You will apply cloud-native design patterns to ensure our systems are scalable, resilient, and future-proof.
• You will write clean, testable, well-optimized code, adhering to best practices for peer review, whether the code is authored manually or collaboratively with AI agents. This commitment to quality underpins our development philosophy.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of both the development and operational aspects of our increasingly distributed architecture, fostering an environment of learning and adaptation.
• As a champion for quality, durability, and the strategic reduction of technical debt, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Product Designers, and other key stakeholders. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the product roadmap and technical strategy.
• Safeguarding the privacy, security, and trust of our members' sensitive data is paramount. You will work in close partnership with our dedicated Risk and Security teams to ensure that all implementations uphold the highest standards of data protection.
• You will play a vital role in meeting our backend and system Service Level Objectives (SLOs) as a contributing member of the broader engineering team, ensuring the reliability and availability of our platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience building scalable web applications and services.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience utilizing AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in professional development workflows.
• Solid experience with modern web application development, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, C#/.NET.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience building and deploying applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for code generation and development workflows.
• Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in enabling AI agents to interact with external tools and data sources.
• Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and graph-based data technologies (GraphRAG, GraphDB) is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience building applications in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with real-time streaming or distributed messaging platforms (e.g., Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools (Jira, ADO, GitHub Projects, or similar).
• Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile software delivery environment.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships, and a high degree of team collaboration.
• Strong curiosity about emerging AI development tools and a proactive desire to stay current with the evolving agentic coding landscape.
