  • • As an Agentic Solution Engineer at Netomi AI Inc., you will serve as a pivotal technical leader bridging pre-sales, AI architecture, and product innovation to design and deploy scalable agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. Your work will directly enable global brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, and MGM to automate complex customer experience workflows using Netomi’s no-code platform, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.
  • • You will collaborate closely with enterprise customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to understand business objectives, translate AI vision into technical architectures, and build proof-of-concepts and production-ready agentic workflows that integrate seamlessly into existing CX ecosystems.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include: conducting technical discovery workshops with clients to map customer journey pain points to AI agent capabilities; designing and configuring agentic workflows using Netomi’s platform, including intent recognition, dialogue flows, API integrations, and decision logic; customizing AI agents for industry-specific use cases such as travel rebooking, insurance claims, or telecom support; validating solutions through rigorous testing, performance tuning, and user acceptance testing; creating technical documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation guides for client and internal teams; presenting technical proposals and demos to stakeholders, including C-suite and IT leaders; supporting sales cycles by providing expert technical guidance during RFPs, POCs, and solution workshops; collaborating with product teams to feed real-world implementation insights into platform roadmap enhancements; staying current on advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise automation to continuously improve solution design; and mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices across the solutions team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting roles, preferably with SaaS, AI, or enterprise software platforms.
  • • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language understanding (NLU), dialogue management, and agentic workflows; hands-on experience with LLM-based systems is a plus.
  • • Proficiency in designing and configuring integrations via APIs (REST, JSON), webhooks, and middleware platforms; experience with enterprise systems like CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk), ERP, or CCaaS is highly desirable.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
