- • The AI Data Trainer role at Gramian focuses on evaluating how AI systems personalize responses using real user data, particularly in health and wellness contexts such as fitness, nutrition, and digital health experiences. This role is critical to ensuring AI models deliver accurate, safe, and personalized interactions while responsibly handling sensitive personal data.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting multi-turn conversations with AI models, assessing output quality across variants, testing predefined health and wellness scenarios (e.g., activity tracking, nutrition, habits), identifying issues like incorrect personalization, hallucinations, reasoning gaps, or data misuse, and providing clear, structured feedback and evaluation notes with consistent attention to detail.
