📋 Description

• Shape the future of enterprise integration by embedding cutting-edge generative-AI capabilities into Digibee’s low-code iPaaS platform. You will own the full lifecycle—from ideation and architecture to production deployment—of AI features that let any developer build, test, deploy, govern, and monitor integrations faster and more intelligently.
• Design and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures that understand natural-language descriptions of integration workflows and automatically generate production-ready pipelines, reducing time-to-value from days to minutes.
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and platform engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant AI-driven solutions that feel native to Digibee’s simple, drag-and-drop interface.
• Build robust data pipelines that ingest, clean, and label millions of anonymized integration events, ensuring high-quality training data while maintaining strict privacy and compliance standards across on-premise and multi-cloud environments.
• Implement continuous-evaluation frameworks that monitor model drift, accuracy, and latency in real time, triggering automated retraining or rollback when thresholds are breached—keeping AI features reliable for mission-critical integrations.
• Create developer-friendly APIs and SDKs that expose AI capabilities to internal teams and external partners, enabling rapid experimentation and third-party extensibility without compromising security or governance.
• Champion MLOps best practices: containerized micro-services, CI/CD for models, feature stores, and A/B testing platforms that allow the team to ship weekly improvements with confidence.
• Collaborate with the Brazil-based founding team and globally distributed squads across the Americas, leveraging asynchronous workflows and occasional travel to Weston, FL, to align on strategic roadmaps and share breakthrough research.
• Contribute to Digibee’s open-source initiatives and technical blog, sharing insights on generative AI, integration patterns, and responsible AI—establishing yourself and the company as thought leaders in the space.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, psychological safety, and continuous learning where bold ideas are welcomed and quickly validated.
• Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape—evaluating new foundation models, prompt-engineering techniques, and retrieval-augmented generation strategies—to ensure Digibee remains at the forefront of intelligent automation.
• Translate customer feedback from Fortune 500 clients into actionable AI enhancements, balancing innovation with pragmatic delivery that drives measurable ROI and reduces technical debt.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying transformer-based models (GPT, T5, BERT, or similar) in production environments serving thousands of users.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, or comparable LLM tooling.
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, feature stores, model registries, and real-time monitoring for drift and performance.
• Nice to have: advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or related field; experience with low-code/no-code platforms; fluency in Portuguese or Spanish for collaboration with Brazil-based teams.
