• • As an AI Engineering Director at ClearPoint Strategy, Inc., you will drive sustainable growth and deliver excellent AI-driven and digital outcomes for clients, reporting to the Chief Practice Officer in a multifaceted leadership role.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining an "AI-First" roadmap integrating AI into core delivery models and the standard SDLC, attracting and retaining diverse engineering talent focused on AI and data capabilities, supporting key clients with AI-focused solutioning, building strategic stakeholder relationships, and engaging in hands-on billable consulting work with oversight on practice-specific engagements.
