AI ML Engineer

📋 Description

• • We are looking for an experienced AI ML Engineer to join our Bay Area team at Careerswift AI Inc. This is not a research role—you will be building and shipping AI-powered features that real users interact with every day, including smart candidate screening, matching, and interview automation. Your work will directly impact how users experience our AI-driven hiring platform.
• • Day to day, you will design and build LLM-powered pipelines using LangChain and LangSmith, integrate and optimize API calls to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face models, build and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference, monitor and improve model performance in production using structured evaluations and tracing, and apply solid AI engineering principles across the full lifecycle from prompt design to deployment.
• • You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ship features end to end in a hybrid work environment based in the Bay Area, contributing to a mission-driven team focused on practical, user-facing AI applications.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in production-grade LLM systems, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI observability tools like LangSmith, and strengthen your ability to bridge research and real-world product impact—ideal for engineers who want to ship reliable, scalable AI features that solve real problems.
