📋 Description

  • • The AI Systems Analyst III provides technical and analytical rigor behind the intake and triage process for AI initiatives, analyzing business requirements against technical capabilities to ensure data readiness, lineage, and architectural fit before projects enter the build phase.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing incoming AI use cases for technical feasibility and data availability, performing data lineage and quality assessments, maintaining the AI Agent Registry & Catalog, drafting technical requirements and Definition of Ready artifacts, supporting the AI Engineering Committee, monitoring telemetry data for ROI reporting, assisting in creating data dictionaries and knowledge graphs for RAG pipelines, validating automation workflows, collaborating with Data Governance on dataset classification, tracking AI model lifecycles, supporting model router configuration, and creating process flow diagrams for agentic workflows.
  • • The role operates within the Center of Excellence (CoE) at CareSource Management Group Company, a healthcare payer organization focused on leveraging AI responsibly and at scale through governed, enterprise-wide AI mesh architecture.
  • • The person in this role will develop deep expertise in AI governance, data lineage, RAG systems, API management, and enterprise AI lifecycle management while contributing to the strategic deployment of AI solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.
