- • Produce high-volume performance video ads at scale for Meta and AppLovin, with a focus on maximizing ROAS as a personal performance metric.
- • Operate independently with zero hand-holding, shipping creative assets proactively without waiting for direction or approval cycles.
- • Constantly pressure-test emerging generative video tools—including Veo 3, Kling, and Runway Gen-4—to identify which models deliver optimal results for specific use cases.
- • Systematize successful generative video workflows into repeatable production systems that evolve and improve with each sprint.
- • Design pixel-perfect video compositions with deep understanding of visual hierarchy, contrast ratios, motion timing, and layout psychology that directly influence conversion.
- • Build functional wireframes and prototypes rapidly in Figma, prioritizing show-over-tell methodology with clean, production-ready files that can be swiftly turned into working prototypes.
- • Engineer precise prompts across text-to-image, text-to-video, and voice synthesis platforms using advanced techniques such as token weighting, negative prompting, LoRA fine-tuning, and style anchoring.
- • Maintain encyclopedic knowledge of current generative AI video models, including their strengths, limitations, and projected evolution over the next 90 days.
- • Design and implement production workflows around the known failure points of LLMs, multimodal models, and embedding pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability.
- • Translate cognitive science principles from The Mind Company’s apps (Elevate, Balance, Spark) into compelling, emotionally resonant video narratives that drive user acquisition and retention.
- • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST, CST, or PST) to align with cross-functional teams and campaign launch cycles.
- • Treat creative output as a data-driven experiment: iterate based on performance metrics, not aesthetic preference.
- • Document and share insights on what works, what fails, and why—building institutional knowledge for the broader creative team.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on efficiency, output volume, and measurable impact over decorative design.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects
- • Exceptional eye for design principles with ability to articulate why a layout converts based on hierarchy, contrast, and motion timing
- • Encyclopedic knowledge of current generative video models (Veo 3, Kling, Runway Gen-4) and their optimal use cases
- • Exceptional prompt engineering skills across text-to-image, text-to-video, and voice synthesis including token weighting, negative prompting, LoRA fine-tuning, and style anchoring
- • Fluent understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, and embedding pipelines including their failure points and workflow adaptations
- • Must be able to work US hours (EST, CST, or PST)
