• • The Analyst 4, Long Range Forecasting role at Comcast Corporation is critical to driving business results by developing and managing reports that directly impact customer experience and operational efficiency. This position leverages forecasting and data analysis to measure performance across intervals, daily, monthly, and headcount expense metrics, enabling data-driven decisions that support cost savings and process improvements.
• • Day to day, the analyst assists managers in identifying, prioritizing, planning, and executing high-impact improvement plans for sustainable cost savings. They research and analyze diversified data to draw valid conclusions, implement new methods for operational improvement, lead projects to share best practices across sites, and independently lead complex analytical projects with minimal supervision. The role includes owning projects spanning multiple regions or queues, serving as a subject matter expert, producing weekly service level outlooks, and confidently presenting analysis and recommendations in senior-level discussions.
