- • As an Analyst (Aerospace & Defense) at Gratia, Inc., you will serve as the primary analytical resource for deep-dive financial research within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) supply chains, directly supporting strategic decision-making for a specialized advisory firm.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and cross-checking complex financial figures across full company reports to identify inconsistencies and reporting errors, conducting thorough financial and operational analysis focused on aviation, defense systems, and MRO supply chains, writing clear and concise executive summaries that translate raw financial data into actionable insights, and analyzing historical financial performance to support business evaluations and strategic initiatives.
- • Gratia is a remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform that connects ambitious companies with hands-on experts who deliver real results, serving global clients like USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life, and maintaining an 88.2 Net Promoter Score through rigorous execution and professional development.
- • In this role, you will develop specialized expertise in A&D and MRO financial analysis, gain experience working with top-tier advisory clients, and follow a clear trajectory from execution to leadership, building both technical depth and professional influence within a growing global talent network.
🎯 Requirements
- • Direct experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector
- • 4+ years of analyst experience with deep fluency in reading and interpreting financial statements
- • Proven ability to cross-check figures and spot errors across lengthy financial reports and synthesize complex discrepancies into clear executive narratives
- • Experience from an MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or another recognised firm is a plus
- • A flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours
