📋 Description
- • The Analyst, Analytics - Performance Insights role at Capital Rx, Inc. supports data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights to improve healthcare outcomes for employers and health plans.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in analytics project execution by gathering data requirements, conducting exploratory analyses on program performance and utilization trends, maintaining documentation of query logic, creating dashboards and reports using BI tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytical work with business goals.
- • The role is part of the Analytics team at Judi Health, an enterprise health technology company that delivers pharmacy benefit management through Capital Rx and health benefit management via Judi Health™ and the Judi® Enterprise Health Platform, all aimed at rebuilding trust in U.S. healthcare.
- • The analyst will develop technical skills in SQL, scripting languages (Python/R), BI tools like Tableau, and cloud data warehouses while contributing to data-informed decision-making, quality control, and compliance efforts across departments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R
- • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality work
- • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
