📋 Description
- • The Analyst, Client Audit and Performance role at Capital Rx, Inc. is critical to ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity of pharmacy benefit management services by validating audit deliverables, monitoring performance, and quantifying financial impact of findings.
- • Day to day, the analyst will research and analyze pharmacy claims for contractual compliance, conduct audit risk assessments and logic reviews, reconcile large datasets using SQL and Python, develop reporting dashboards, identify automation opportunities, maintain code and reporting tools, define technical requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide ad-hoc analysis to support audit and business objectives.
- • Capital Rx, Inc. is a public benefit corporation delivering full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions to self-insured employers, operating under Judi Health, an enterprise health technology company focused on rebuilding trust in healthcare through innovative platforms like the proprietary Enterprise Health Platform (EHP).
- • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in healthcare analytics, audit methodologies, and financial impact quantification while gaining hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, Tableau, and workflow automation tools, positioning them for advancement in data-driven audit and performance analytics roles within healthcare technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Administration)
- • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, audit, or a related role
- • Proficiency with SQL (Snowflake preferred), Excel, and Tableau
- • Familiarity with Python and project management/version control tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub)
- • Experience in healthcare, PBM, or pharmacy claims; knowledge of pharmacy benefits, pricing, guarantees, and claims analysis preferred
- • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and passion for continuous improvement
- • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, meeting deadlines, and executing deliverables
- • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Highly organized, flexible, and able to shift priorities easily
