📋 Description

• • As an Analyst, Data Exchange at Capital Rx, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting Judi Health’s customers by ensuring the successful setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of accumulator, claims, and override data within the Judi Enterprise Health Platform (EHP). This role is essential to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant pharmacy benefit management services, directly contributing to the company’s mission of rebuilding trust in healthcare through superior technology and service.
• • Day to day, you will configure, load, and maintain data from legacy adjudication systems into Judi; provide subject matter expertise to customers during migration; design repeatable implementation processes with clear milestones; conduct QA and claims testing to validate data accuracy; collaborate with Analytics teams to develop test cases and monitoring protocols; proactively identify risks in data builds and partner with Product and client teams to mitigate issues; contribute to scalable playbooks for future client onboarding; and escalate critical issues to stakeholders to ensure resolution within SLAs. You may also participate in meetings, travel, or support outside standard hours, including weekends, during peak periods.

• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare data systems, PBM operations, and enterprise platform configuration. You will develop strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing communication skills while gaining hands-on experience with SQL, JSON, Java, R, Excel, AWS Redshift, and data visualization tools. You’ll have the opportunity to shape scalable processes that impact client onboarding at scale and contribute to meaningful improvements in healthcare claims processing accuracy and efficiency.
